Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused and in their original condition.

Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Proof of purchase may be required.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the issue.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 businesses days.

Return Shipping Costs
